GGShot Signals is operated by Alexander Carlsen in Denmark. These terms explain membership access, direct wallet payments and support.
Membership scope
All five plans cover access to the current included provider catalogue through the GGShot Signals Telegram hub. The plans cost $20 for one month, $40 for three months, $60 for six months, $80 for one year or $120 for lifetime access. Lifetime refers to the operating life of the service. Provider availability may change.
Activation and duration
The website reveals the private hub link after verified payment. Timed plans use calendar months from activation. A renewal from the same browser session extends its current active term; contact support for help matching purchases across devices. The operator manages Telegram membership removals manually. There is no automatic renewal.
Payments
Payments go directly to our receiving wallet. Checkout displays the selected network, exact invoice amount and payment deadline. Each invoice includes a discount of less than one cent so transfers can be matched; wallet or exchange network fees are separate. Submit the transaction hash after sending. Using a different network or sending an incomplete amount may delay or prevent automated activation. Contact support about a failed, duplicate, late or mismatched payment before sending again.
Refunds and consumer rights
Under our voluntary refund policy, you can request a refund after 48 hours have passed from confirmation of your payment. Send your request to @AlexanderCarlsen, including your order reference and transaction hash. Refunds are handled manually; submitting a request does not itself send a transfer.
This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right to withdraw within 14 days. You can exercise statutory rights without waiting 48 hours. Accessing the Telegram hub does not by itself waive those rights. See the EU consumer guidance on withdrawal for general information.
Provider materials
Provider names and materials belong to their owners. Membership does not transfer intellectual property rights, grant permission for further redistribution or include proprietary software licenses unless expressly stated.
Service limitations
Content availability depends on source providers and delivery platforms. Signals may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The service does not guarantee trading results. See the risk disclosure for more detail.
